Today, I’m letting you know we dropped another episode of our very helpful podcast.

In this episode, I interview Scott Pfeiffer, my long time friend and co-host, about his upcoming book, Building Business Value.

It’s a map — for a particular destination.

The way he brings value to his clients is by offering the map, or to be a guide for their business. It’s a well established model and I think you’ll learn something from the conversation.

Listen to Ep 254 How to Build a Business That’s Worth Something on whatever pod listener you like.

Got a question for us, you can use the messaging link on the Anchor app to drop that to us for an upcoming episode.
