Toast to the merriest night of the year in your festive apparel with a warm mug of Gluhwein in a winter wonderland. This event features a winter biergarten, delicious food stations, a beautiful carousel, and Greenville’s favorite local band RANDOMONIUM playing all the hits plus their holiday favorites. The party fun starts at 5:30 and goes to 9:00p.m. but your Mingle@Kringle tickets also include access to the full Holiday Fair & Kringle Village so come early and enjoy shopping from more than 350 vendors.

Break out your fancy holiday attire to celebrate the season with a VIP reception. This night of festive elegance and indulgence features an elaborate chef prepared menu, full bar and live entertainment in the private ballroom followed by a VIP area at Mingle@Kringle featuring Greenville’s favorite party band, RANDOMONIUM. VIP parking is included.

Winter Lights is a spectacular open-air walk-through light show made from over one million lights! Located at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, North Carolina, this year’s event features favorites like the famously tall 50-foot lighted tree and the Quilt Garden, along with enchanting new details designed to delight and surprise. All prices are per vehicle. No pets allowed.

Winter Lights features live entertainment nightly and food and beverages from the Bent Creek Bistro, the Cocoa Shack and the Cocoa Cabin! Open nightly from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.

Located within the wildly-popular and botanically beautiful Southern Appalachian Mountains, The North Carolina Arboretum offers more than 10 miles of hiking trails that connect to many other area attractions such as Lake Powhatan, the Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Visitors of all ages and abilities can enjoy their hiking experience at the Arboretum as trail options include easy, moderate, and difficult challenge levels. All trails are dog-friendly and visitors are asked to adhere to the proper waste disposing procedures for pets.

Skill-building and community-building for toddlers and their caregivers! Little ones ages 2-5 will explore role-playing, storytelling, and interactive activities, fostering early social skills and a world of make-believe adventures that could include an ice cream shop, car wash or post office!

Greenville Convention Center will transform into a Winter Wonderland featuring a massive vendor market, roving performers, a European Bier Garden, the North Pole children’s play area, Santa’s Workshop, The Enchanted Tea Party, Little Miss Kringle Pageant, holiday movie night, snowball fights, main stage entertainment, the Grand Carousel, visits with Santa and more!

Listen, respond and imagine during Story Time & More! Young learners can listen and respond to a story and participate in enrichment activities designed to ignite fun, discovery and learning.

Join Dorothy and her loyal companion Toto as they “follow the Yellow Brick Road” through the Land of Oz, determined to reach the Emerald City, where the great and powerful Wizard of Oz will help them get home. Along the way, Dorothy encounters witches (both good and bad), Munchkins, talking trees and winged monkeys. But most importantly, she befriends a Scarecrow with no brain, a Tin Man with no heart, and a Lion with no “nerve.” Their journey to happiness is a glowing testament to friendship, understanding and hope.

Join Miss South Carolina as we celebrate the joy and creativity of the season. Ages eight and under are invited to parade across the main stage in their most festive and charming costumes in three age divisions, Baby Miss Kringle (ages 0-23 months), Little Miss Kringle (ages 2-4), Miss Kringle (ages 5-8). All registered participants will receive a trophy and the winners will receive a tiara and sash.

On exhibit Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 4 p.m., Rocky Cove Railroad is a G-Scale (garden scale) model train that demonstrates the coming of trains to western North Carolina at the turn of the 20th century. The exhibit is located below the Grand Promenade. Please note, Rocky Cove Railroad will not operate in rainy or wet conditions.
