Hog & Barrel Festival returns October 24-26, 2025 in Greenville, SC @ Events at Judson Mill
Get ready for a weekend of bold flavors, smooth sips, and Southern hospitality at the Hog & Barrel Festival 2025 in Greenville, SC! This three-day celebration brings together the best of the Upstate SC’s culinary talent, craft distillers, and live entertainment for a one-of-a-kind experience centered around bourbon, BBQ, and bacon.
The weekend kicks off with Taste of the Barrel, an exclusive bourbon dinner soirée featuring a five-course menu curated by Chef Dayna Lee-Márquez of Comal 864, paired with handcrafted cocktails by Tammy Johnson of High Spirits Hospitality.
Saturday’s Bourbonpalooza is the festival’s headlining event, where over 25 chefs and bartenders compete with their most creative bourbon- and BBQ-inspired dishes and cocktails. Guests enjoy unlimited tastings, live music, and tailgate games. VIP and Super VIP ticket holders gain early access and exclusive perks. The Art of Tamada: A Georgian Feast and Cultural Celebration in Greenville
Greenville, SC — First Things Foundation and Keipi Restaurant, with ticketing by Trueline, invite the community to experience The Art of Tamada, Greenville’s most unique culinary and cultural celebration, taking place October 24–25 at Hampton Station. This two-day fundraiser blends Georgian tradition, live music, and community connection, supporting First Things Foundation’s humanitarian work around the globe.
At the heart of the event is the Supra, a traditional Georgian feast led by a Tamada (toastmaster), who guides guests through stories, blessings, and toasts, turning the table into a space of meaning and connection. Guests will enjoy multi-course dinners, live performances, and the warmth of Georgian hospitality.
Weekend Highlights:
Friday, Oct. 24: Supra tables, live DJ music, dancing, axe throwing, picnics on the green, and more.
Saturday, Oct. 25: Supra tables, speaker sessions, live DJ sets, and live music from Georgia Heers, Emmet Sher, and Dirt Poor Robins, alongside axe throwing, picnics, and plenty of Mshvidoba (Georgian for “peace”).
Saturday Evening – Taste of Keipi Live Music Session: Guests can enjoy a free evening of wine tastings, small bites inspired by the Supra, and live music, showcasing the heart of Keipi, where food, wine, and music meet.
Each Supra table seats 18–22 guests, with tickets available for singles, couples, private groups, and businesses. Every ticket supports First Things Foundation’s mission to serve the extreme poor across four continents.

Empower Hours take place twice a month on the first and third Tuesday at 11:30 am.

Make Greenville Center for Creative Arts (GCCA) your first stop on First Friday! Located in the historic Brandon Mill complex in the creative arts district of West Greenville, GCCA is a perfect place to begin the Metropolitan Arts Council’s monthly art walk.
The Art Center is open for extended hours, 6pm to 9pm, on the first Friday of every month for First Friday activities. In addition to viewing multiple exhibitions from both locally and nationally-recognized artists, at GCCA you’ll have the opportunity to meet the resident working artists, see their studio spaces and works in progress, and learn more about their personal style and artistic process.
The mission of GCCA is to enrich the cultural fabric of the community through visual arts promotion, education, and inspiration. Founded by a dedicated group of artists, teachers, and community leaders, the Art Center offers programs for people of all ages, backgrounds, and economic circumstances.
Greenville’s Downtown Trolley (Route 903) provides visitors to the downtown area easy and free transport to the West Greenville area from July through September, every Thursday and Friday, 6pm to 11pm, and Saturdays, 5:30pm to 11pm. Something extraordinary is coming to Asheville this winter! The North Carolina Arboretum and Explore Asheville are elated to announce the arrival of Trolls: A Field Study. Visiting on their first North American excursion, these twelve interactive troll sculptures will explore the Arboretum, embarking on a curious journey to learn about humankind.
Produced by Imagine in collaboration with Danish artist Thomas Dambo, these friendly and fanciful sculptures evoke a sense of wonder and intrigue as they study our small, intricate and inventive ways of life in Western North Carolina. Standing seven to nine feet tall and lovingly described by the artist as “Baby Trolls”, the creatures are crafted from materials like fallen branches, wooden pallets and twigs.
Through their observations, the trolls reveal a fresh perspective on what makes us human, sparking curiosity and laughter in visitors of all ages.
Only cost is the parking fee. No other admission fees.

Augusta Road Business Association (ARBA) will be hosting its Annual Holiday Open House this year on Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. Are you looking for an excuse to knit or crochet for a good cause? Help make baby hats and blankets and adult hats, scarves, and slippers to support at-risk newborns and homeless adults. Your handmade knitwear will keep our neighbors warm. Volunteers with basic skills in knitting or crocheting are welcome. Please bring your own needles or crochet hooks and a pattern.
