Greenville Convention Center will transform into a Winter Wonderland featuring a massive vendor market, roving performers, a European Bier Garden, the North Pole children’s play area, Santa’s Workshop, The Enchanted Tea Party, Little Miss Kringle Pageant, holiday movie night, snowball fights, main stage entertainment, the Grand Carousel, visits with Santa and more!
Toast to the merriest night of the year in your festive apparel with a warm mug of Gluhwein in a winter wonderland. This event features a winter biergarten, delicious food stations, a beautiful carousel, and Greenville’s favorite local band RANDOMONIUM playing all the hits plus their holiday favorites. The party fun starts at 5:30 and goes to 9:00p.m. but your Mingle@Kringle tickets also include access to the full Holiday Fair & Kringle Village so come early and enjoy shopping from more than 350 vendors.
Break out your fancy holiday attire to celebrate the season with a VIP reception. This night of festive elegance and indulgence features an elaborate chef prepared menu, full bar and live entertainment in the private ballroom followed by a VIP area at Mingle@Kringle featuring Greenville’s favorite party band, RANDOMONIUM. VIP parking is included.

Join Miss South Carolina as we celebrate the joy and creativity of the season. Ages eight and under are invited to parade across the main stage in their most festive and charming costumes in three age divisions, Baby Miss Kringle (ages 0-23 months), Little Miss Kringle (ages 2-4), Miss Kringle (ages 5-8). All registered participants will receive a trophy and the winners will receive a tiara and sash.
Come live the enchantment of Christmas. Embrace the magic of storytelling, elves, old world wonders, and childhood made new. Established in May 2023, HauntFest has risen as a leading horror festival business, captivating audiences with its spine-chilling spectacles and atmosphere. From bewitching entertainment to macabre vendors and haunted attractions, HauntFest offers an unparalleled immersion into the realm of terror. Heavy Mountain Music and Beer Fest returns for Halloween weekend of 2024! Bolstering two days of heavy music and spooky vibes, Heavy Mountain makes its way to the Orange Peel and Burial Beer’s Eulogy. Featuring an array of iconic artists and genre spanning acts, exclusive pours from the area’s finest breweries, and hair-raising visual installations to set the mood for the Southeast’s heaviest Halloween Party!
First wave lineup announcement includes legendary atmospheric black metal from Washington’s Wolves in the Throne Room, dark medieval stylings of black metal heroine Hulder, and immersive fantasy/doom from NYC’s Castle Rat. In addition, the fest will feature highly anticipated album release sets from East Tennessee progressive sludge powerhouse Generation of Vipers and Asheville death metal outfit Harsh Realm.
The fest will also include a pre party with Chicago’s post metal pioneers Pelican & an after party of cover sets by local favorites both hosted at Burial Beer’s Eulogy. Heavy Mountain promises a blood curdling weekend of evil. Sure to please Halloween heads, metal maniacs and beer buffs alike with costumes, cover sets, and plenty of beverages.

Ben Greer is an author, poet, and educator who was born and raised in Glenn Springs. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and Hollins University. He published his first novel, Slammer, at 26 to rave reviews and went on to publish 4 others. His first book of poetry was published at 59. His latest book of poetry is called Naked Prince: New & Selected Poems.
Ben has also written three plays, including Little Tin Gods, produced by Theatre South in 2008. Having taught at the University of South Carolina for 33 years, he is retired and lives in Columbia.
Join us at the Old Stone Church on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 7:00pm to hear Ben’s stories and memories of growing up in Glenn Springs. This event is free and all are welcome. Refreshments will be served.
