Boo in the Zoo is back for 2023!
Greenville Zoo’s annual family-friendly Halloween event is back for its 37th year! This event features trick-or-treating and fun specialty areas including Dragon Alley, Alice’s Fun House, Ghost Town, and an extinct species graveyard. Everyone is invited to dress up and join in the Halloween fun!
Play games, craft and eat snacks all inspired by the magical world of Harry Potter. For teens ages 12-18 or in grades 7-12.

A kid-friendly Halloween movie night in the park! There will also be bounce houses and a food truck. The first 100 participants will win a free t-shirt.
The Greenville-centric story opens on Halloween night. While most families make their rounds through the well-known neighborhoods, a handful of kids break off from the group. Hoping to reveal an unspoken Greenville secret, they head to an abandoned mansion along the Reedy River. They knock on the door, and after no answer, a brave little girl says, “Let’s go!” and pushes it open. Lightning flashes to reveal a silhouette of a couple who dance a pas de deux to a string quartet medley of several Michael Jackson-inspired tunes. Music By Michael Jackson and Choreography by Hernan Justo.

Denver Downs Farm is more than a Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch! We have live weekend entertainment, lots of friendly farm animals, and a few crackly bonfires to enjoy! There are more than 35+ fun-filled family activities for kids of all ages … and food to make your mouth water!!

Tickets for Santa’s Shoppe and Cookies with Santa will be available in September, so start making your holiday gift lists, mark your calendars, and don’t miss this exciting shopping event that is sure to bring you many memories this holiday season!
This year’s Santa’s Shoppe will be held November 3 – November 5, 2023.

Our ever-popular, Cookies with Santa, will take place on Saturday, November 4th. Join Santa for a fun hour of pictures, crafts, cookie decorating, and more! Be sure to purchase tickets early as this event does sell out and additional seats/tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.
Cost: $20 per child.
(*ticket includes one free accompanying adult); Tickets sold ONLINE ONLY – starting September 15th, 2023.

The three-day shopping event raised over $48,000 in 2021 to support our mission and community projects, which includes Mini-Grants for Teachers, and literacy and school readiness across Spartanburg County.
