Yoga is back at Headquarters! We have new instructors but the same low $2 fee for our fitness classes. This one’s suitable for all ages and abilities. You’re welcome to bring your mat with you, but if you don’t have one, a limited supply of community mats are available.
Gather with your community for a FREE tasty meal, lessons on healthy eating and information on Double Up Food Bucks (a new program through SNAP)! Community Dinners are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 6 – 7:30 pm. FREE childcare provided.
Seating is limited. Reserve your seat online.

Join us for the first HackGreenville Nights at OpenWorks in downtown Greenville on October 12th!
We’re piloting a new, “quarterly-ish” community gathering format that will provide ample social time and multiple speakers.
Most talks will be technical in nature, but we hope to also explore some tech-adjacent topics of interest sparked from conversations in the HackGreenville Slack.

The exhibit is located below the Grand Promenade. Please note, Rocky Cove Railroad will not operate in rainy or wet conditions.

Are you looking for an excuse to knit or crochet for a good cause? Help make baby hats and blankets and adult hats, scarves, and slippers to support at-risk newborns and homeless adults. Your handmade knitwear will keep our neighbors warm. Volunteers with basic skills in knitting or crocheting are welcome. Please bring your own needles or crochet hooks and a pattern.

Join us for Empower Hour, a one-hour program and facility tour where you will experience firsthand the YWCA’s work to bridge gaps in earning power, education, health & wellness and access to childcare.
Empower Hours take place twice a month on the first and third Tuesday at 11:30 am.

Yoga classes every Monday beginning at 6:00 p.m. Limited to 25 people. For all ability levels. Bring your own mat and blanket. Charge for the class is $2.00 per person. |
‘CAN Talks’ is a special event where five individuals with disabilities living in the Upstate share their unique stories or insights to spark new conversations, challenge outdated stereotypes and broaden perspectives. An inclusive dance group from Carolina Dance Collaborative will perform a powerful dance performance. The Barbara Stone Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on supporting visionary and creative programs for individuals with disabilities, will host the 4th annual CAN Talks. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., a cocktail reception and presentation for Barbara Stone Foundation’s Fall grant winners will start at 6:15 p.m., and ‘CAN Talks’ begins at 7:00 p.m. A sign language interpreter will be available for the hearing impaired and special accommodations will be made for guests upon request.
