Get ready to move! Salsa at Sunset returns for its 10th season with a summer full of rhythm, culture, and connection. Hosted by Upstate International and proudly presented by BDV Solutions, this beloved free family-friendly outdoor series brings the joy of Latin music and dance to the heart of our community, every last Friday of the month from June through August.

This summer features the crowd-favorite bands and brings the heat with a dynamic mix of salsa, merengue, and Latin jazz that’ll keep you dancing all night long.

Whether you’re an experienced dancer or just want to feel the rhythm and have fun, this is your night to shine under the summer sky. Dance instruction is offered at the start of the evening, so bring your friends, your date, or your whole crew!

Empower Hours take place twice a month on the first and third Tuesday at 11:30 am.

🤤 It’s Rib O’ Clock at Fireforge! Join us for “Meat Sweats” on Friday, July 4th with pit & grill masters from Fireforge & Project Host: all-afternoon fun from 11:30 am to 6 pm.

Nosh on a variety of meats & sides while enjoying the party band sounds of Big Radio from 3-5 pm. We’ll be releasing the menu throughout the day as our myriad of smoked & grilled delights are ready. Don’t sleep on our sassy sides – AND, save room for our favorite summer beer: 🍑 Pool Honeys Peach Milkshake IPA, which will be released on July 4th! In addition, 10% of Taproom Sales from the day will benefit Project Host.

After Meat Sweats, our regular Fireforge kitchen menu & Friday evening operations will resume through 10 pm.

A seasonal celebration of food, fire, and collaboration, this Summer Supper Series brings together guest chefs from around the region to craft an unforgettable evening alongside Indaco’s culinary team. We’re excited to welcome Dayna Lee Marquez of Comal 864 for our July dinner.

Hosted on Sunday, July 20 at 6 p.m. on our covered outdoor patio, indulge in a 5-course, family-style menu, featuring live-fire grilling and seasonally-inspired dishes, plus thoughtfully curated cocktail pairings with each course.
