Introductory Chair Yoga workshop (no experience required!) Saturday April 12th, 1-4pm at Yogaunme Studio in Spartanburg, SC. (virtual option also) designed to help you feel better, reduce stress, and improve flexibility—no matter your lifestyle or physical ability!
