The annual Upstate Hispanic Heritage Festival, a cultural celebration that highlights Spanish-speaking countries around the world, kicks off virtually this weekend on the website for Asociación Hispano-Americana de Mujeres.
The festival is also for a good cause — it raises college scholarship funds for high school students of Hispanic descent in the Upstate.
