Join Takeoff Mini Golf every Thursday through Sunday from November 25 to December 23, 2022, as they light up their course in an amazing display of holiday lights!  Each hole will be decorated in a theme.

Each ticket includes one round of mini golf with a GLOW golf ball and your choice of either 3 GLOW bracelets and a GLOW stick or a holiday ornament craft.

The Pavilion will be decorated and set up for impromptu holiday pictures with your own camera/phone!

Biltmore House glows with candlelight and firelight during this nighttime tour, changing the daytime visit’s mood and experience. Candlelight Christmas Evenings in Biltmore House allows guests to step back in time with an experience reminiscent of the Vanderbilt’s first Christmas spent in Biltmore House in 1895. Musicians stationed throughout the house perform seasonal favorites. Setting the scene is a 55-foot Norway spruce encircled by illuminated evergreens and shrubs sparkling in the center of the front lawn.

Brought to you by the City of Mauldin and the Greater Mauldin Chamber of Commerce, this year’s festivities will include live holiday music, a holiday market, pictures with Santa, the annual tree lighting, and some jolly extras that will help make your spirits bright! Parking and entry are FREE.

6:00 p.m.: Holiday Market opens, pictures and Santa and performances by local community groups:

Mauldin City Singers, Bethel Elementary, New Harvest Ministries Praise Team, and A Christmas Carol by Mauldin Theatre Company.

7:00 p.m.: Tree Lighting Ceremony

7:30 p.m.:  Musice by The Foreign Landers

9:00 p.m.: Event concludes

Lawn chairs and/or blankets are welcome.

Outside food and beverages are prohibited.  Food and beverage vendors will be on-site.

Smoking, skateboards, and bicycles are prohibited

Leashed dogs are allowed at this event.

Winter Lights is a spectacular open-air walk-through light show made from over one million lights! Located at the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, North Carolina, this year’s event features favorites like the famously tall 50-foot lighted tree and the Quilt Garden, along with enchanting new details designed to delight and surprise.

Still have a bit of shopping to do for the holidays? our Connections Gallery Gift Shop in the Baker Visitor Center and Winter Lights Shop in the Education Center are open 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily, and from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. nightly, during Winter Lights.

  S’mores and Firepits*

If the winter nights turn a bit chilly, cozy up to the fire pits and heaters throughout the gardens.

S’mores kits are available for purchase at the Bent Creek Bistro, where there’s an especially large fire pit for all your marshmallow-roasting needs!

 Wishing Trees

A favorite Winter Lights tradition, the Wishing Trees return this year in a new location! Look for them near Rocky Cove Railroad, and make sure to leave a wish for the coming year.

When a department store Santa claims he’s the real Kris Kringle, his case gets taken all the way to the Supreme Court, and a little girl’s belief makes the difference in the ‘miracle.’ With new and familiar holiday music and a beloved tale of faith and hope, Miracle on 34th Street will melt even the most cynical of hearts during the Christmas season. Set in a 1940s radio studio, this script features a small cast of multi-talented actor/vocalists as well as a live foley artist and piano player. It’s sure to be good, old-fashioned Christmas fun for the whole family!

A holiday toy drive conducted by off-duty Law Enforcement Officers and firefighters who fill patrol cars with gifts donated by the community for kids in need this Christmas.  The 28-hour event will take place at The Well and all donations will go to families in the local area.

Drop off unwrapped, newly purchased toys for the LEO Santa Toy Drive, where the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office and Greenville Police Department’s Special Weapons and Tactics Team (S.W.A.T.) will be on hand for live demonstrations.  Donations will be collected curbside outside of the GSP International Airport Box Office from 6:00am on December 1 until 10:00am on December 2.

The LEO Santa Toy Drive is part of The Well’s Serving Together: Arena’s Giving Experience (STAGE) program that supports the community through special events and community engagement initiatives.

The 52nd annual Holiday Fair will take place at the Greenville Convention Center December 1 – 3, offering the region’s largest selection of holiday arts, crafts and gifts under one roof. Exhibitors include approximately 350 crafters and commercial vendors in this three-day, award-winning fair that gives shoppers a chance to support small businesses this holiday season.

The Greenville Christmas Market blends European and Southern holiday traditions at their spectacular lodge overlooking the Reedy River.

Daily festivities occur throughout the holiday season and feature 12+ Christmas booths with local retailers, artisans, food & beverage, and more. Additionally join them on special night for events like a tree lighting ceremony, live music, Santa Claus and more.
