Spartanburg County Foundation Community Garden
Hub City Farmers Market, in partnership with the Spartanburg County Foundation and Leadership Spartanburg, is proud to bring a new community garden to downtown Spartanburg! Located on Church St. across from City Hall and the Spartanburg County Library’s downtown campus, the garden features 12 rentable plots.

Our Seed to Table-Spring Break Camp will be held Tuesday, April 6th- Friday, April 9th from 9am-12pm at Hub City Farmers Market-Urban Farm.
Each day will consist of growing, cultivating, and maintaining the crops and land on our Urban Farm that feeds our neighboring community. Along with daily nutrition and STEM-based activities that make learning FUN!
This program is for 3rd-5th grade students and requires a registration fee of $50, which includes daily snacks.
*Space is limited and the deadline to register is March 26th at 5pm!

Join educator Sue Watts on a virtual spring wildflower walk to explore the ecology of the forest floor. Meet the pollinators and other animals who rely on our spring ephemerals, learn about plant adaptations, and even discover how our spring wildflowers have provided for human needs.
