We meet every Saturday morning within Hatcher Gardens, just past the pond to the right at an enclave called the Garden of Hope and Healing.
Class starts at 9:30am and goes ahead every week unless a weather advisory alerts us to stay home.
The exercises are very gentle, suitable for all ages and free of cost.
Wear comfortable clothing and no yoga mat required.

Beginner’s workshop lesson at 7:30 P.M., then 8-11 P.M. Contra Dance with Country Waltzing at the break and the final dance. This is a partner dance but it’s not necessary to come with a partner. We have different live bands and callers.
Six Hours on the Ridge is mountain bike event that will put your endurance skills to the test! The race features the JFA Trail and loops off the main trail to make for a challenging course. Riders will compete by accumulating laps; the rider with the most laps complete at the end of the event will win.

Climb the Ridge is a 5 mile trail running race that starts and ends at Pleasant Ridge Camp and Retreat Center with the majority of the race taking place on the JFA Trail! The JFA Trail is a rolling single track trail that will challenge runners with climbing and technical sections.
