Every Child Deserves a Merry Christmas
Every year, The Salvation Army of Greenville provides Christmas gifts to more than 1,500 children through the Angel Tree program. In the tri-county area (Greenville, Pickens and Oconee Counties), The Salvation Army serves over 2,500 children! Without Angel Tree, many of these children would otherwise have very little or nothing to open on Christmas morning. However, thanks to our generous community, these Angels will have a merry Christmas! Angel Tree gives individuals and partnering corporations an opportunity to “adopt” less fortunate children and provide them with personalized gifts and necessities. Because all Salvation Army Angels are not served by other holiday assistance programs, donors can be confident their gifts go directly, and without excessive overhead, to children who are truly in need. Click here for more information about how to apply for Angel Tree Christmas assistance.

Giving Tuesday, an international day of charitable giving comes twice this year! Join us on 12/1/2020 to support the arts in your community.
During these challenging times, our Vagabond Spirit has continued to shine bright largely thanks to incredible patrons and donors who have avidly supported the arts. We are deeply honored, humbled, and inspired by the meaningful support of this community.
We need you now more than ever. Thanks to meaningful gifts from the heart, we are more than 75% of the way to our annual fundraising goal. We hope you and your loved ones will join us on Tuesday, 12/1, for Giving Tuesday. Whether you host an individual fundraiser, donate any amount, set up a monthly giving program of $5 a week through the end of the year, or simply share our cause, you can make an impact on supporting the arts, arts education, and arts accessibility in WNC.
This year, Facebook will match up to $7 million in charitable donations. The first $2 million will be matched dollar for dollar. The remaining $5 million will match 10% of each donation until a total of $7 million is reached. Mark your calendars!

Christmas is a busy season at Miracle Hill, and we thank you for your interest in partnering with us as we spread hope, joy and Christ’s love with everyone in our care!
The Prisma Health Children’s Hospital Spirit of Giving campaign, presented by WYFF 4, is an easy and rewarding way for our community to support young patients and their families served by Prisma Health Children’s Hospital.
Your donation allows children in the hospital to receive their very own Prisma Health Children’s Hospital Buddy the Bear mascot plush animal. Funds from The Spirit of Giving campaign also help purchase distraction toys such as games, DVDs, books, art supplies, and other items that provide the “extras” that make a hospital stay a little brighter. These extras mean the world to a child and family during this time. Please help make a child’s stay in the hospital brighter and lift their spirits by donating today..
Because every child needs a Buddy!
Any donation amount is greatly appreciated and will provide distraction toys to children in the hospital – but a donation of $25 provides a Buddy to one child in the hospital. For a gift of $50, you will give two children each their own Buddy – and a $100 donation provides four children a buddy and so on!
To donate, click the donate button, text SpiritToGive to 41444 or mail a check to:
