Healthy Beginnings – February 28 at noon to 2:30. AdventHealth and WNC Farmers Market are teaming up to promote healthy habits. Blood pressure and body mass index screenings will be available and AdventHealth dieticians will prepare samples of healthy recipes using WNC Farmers Market ingredients.
Gold’s Gym is celebrating Leap Day with an open gym. Non-members are welcome to take advantage of the extra calendar day to get free workouts.
Anyone age 18 and older can simply check in at their nearest Gold’s Gym to use state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, participate in dynamic group exercise classes and more.
Join us, the UpState PathFinders on another of their newest walks in 2020! Alta Vista – is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, sidewalks, and beautiful neighborhoods located along the historic corridor of Augusta Road and Augusta Street.

Come join us, the UpState PathFinders on one of their newest walks of 2020 in Historic Greer. This quintessential sleepy, southern town established in 1873 with refurbished mill housing and older stately homes. A beautiful city park with musical interactive fountains is along the route as well as a Veterans Park with an old tank and helicopter on display. Plenty of places to eat and many places listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
Registration: 10:00 am, Walk begins 10:30 am.
