Introductory Chair Yoga workshop (no experience required!) Saturday April 12th, 1-4pm at Yogaunme Studio in Spartanburg, SC. (virtual option also) designed to help you feel better, reduce stress, and improve flexibility—no matter your lifestyle or physical ability! Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more accessible or versatile practice, this workshop is for you!
What to expect:
–The benefits of chair yoga & how to adopt it any lifestyle or physical ability.
–How chair yoga can help you feel better by decreasing stress & stiffness in the body.

Come to Holliday Brewing’s first Craft Fair, Farmer’s Market and Pet Adoption event on Saturday April 26th in Inman SC. Shop for candles, spices, local honey, gourmet pet treats, human treats, body care items, and other local artisan offerings. Spartanburg Humane Society with be there for a pet adoption event.
