WHAT IS IT?
Become a Youth Crew Member (ages 14-18) at Hub City Farmers Market! Join an engaging and energetic team growing farm fresh foods at our Urban Farm while also learning leadership, teamwork, and basic job skills. As part of the internship, the Youth Crew Members participate in a weekly community and workforce development class. Youth Crew Members serve as advocates in the community and are held to high standards of performance and behavior while also earning a stipend.

Ask a teacher, coach or mentor (non-family member) to complete our youth reference form

Provide your own transportation to our Urban Farm (located at the Northside Harvest Park at 498 Howard St) at beginning and end of every workday.
DATES AND SCHEDULES
June 15th-August 7th
Tuesday-Saturday
9AM-2PM during the week and 7:15am-12:15pm on Saturday
Students receive 4 personal days off that must be scheduled one week ahead of time.
Stipend is $1,600
