Will Hoge has a career whose milestones include Number One hits, Grammy nods, major-label record deals, and hard-won independence. Years before Americana music received its own category at the Grammy Awards, Hoge was on the frontlines, helping to pilot and popularize the genre’s blend of American roots music. In the current digital era dominated by influencers seeking shortcuts to stardom, Will Hoge proudly treads the scenic route, immersing himself in the journey rather than fixating on the destination.

Queensrÿche first burst onto the music scene in 1982 with the release of their self-titled 4 song EP “Queensrÿche”. They very quickly gained international recognition and performed to sold out audiences around the world. With the follow up first full length album “The Warning” in 1984, and the ground breaking 1986 release of “Rage For Order”, Queensrÿche continued to prove their worldwide dominance as one of the most respected and creative bands of the 80’s. In 1988 the band turned out yet another monumental album “Operation: Mindcrime”, which would go on to become one of the TOP 10 best selling concepts records of all time, and set the stage for continued sold out performances around the world. With the release of the critically acclaimed and commercially successful “Empire” in 1991, the band earned multiple Grammy Award nominations and won the MTV “viewers choice” award for the #1 chart topping hit “Silent Lucidity”. During the next ten years, the band continued to release albums and tour the world to sold out audiences. Queensrÿche has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and have continued to break new ground and push their creative process.

On February 11, comedian Henry Cho was inducted as the 229th member of The Grand Ole Opry. This prestigious honor has not been extended to a comedian since 1973. Henry’s TV credits include appearances on NBC’s The Tonight Show, CBS’s The Late, Late, Show, and NBC’s Young Comedians Special. He served two years as host of NBC’s Friday Night Videos and had many guest roles on various network sitcoms. Henry was co-creator, co- producer and co-writer of “The Henry Cho Show” on GAC. Henry’s one hour Comedy Central Special, “What’s That Clickin Noise?” Was also on Netflix. Henry can also be heard daily on Sirrus, XM, Blue Collar Radio and Pandora. Some of Henry’s film credits include Universal’s McHale’s Navy with Tom Arnold and David Allen Greer; Say It Isn’t So with Heather Graham and Sally Field; and Material Girls with Hilary Duff and Angelica Houston produced by Madonna. Henry was the keynote entertainer for The 59th Annual Radio & Television Correspondents’ Dinner and has worked extensively with Vince Gill, Amy Grant, Willie Nelson, Carrie Underwood, Reba and many, others. Henry’s clean comedy is so versatile that he can headline Vegas and then tour with Michael W. Smith. Henry filmed the Faith-based Indy film “Saving Faith” in which he co-starred and also co-producer was released by Lions Gate. Henry has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor in a Feature Film by the International Christian Film Festival. Henry recently completed filming a Hallmark movie “The Farmer and the Belle- Saving Santaland”.

The Blues Is Alright Tour comes to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena with the 7th Annual Greenville Blues Festival on Saturday, October 12 at 7:00 p.m. The Blues is musical storytelling filled with stark emotionh and a revolving reality check. It’s authentically raw; transforming tragedy, adversity, and heartache into a visceral and cathartic experience. This special night of emotive lyrics and guitar-driven accompaniment features performances by Tucka, King George, Pokey Bear, Lenny Williams, Theodis Ealey, and J-Wonn.

Come celebrate the Upstate’s culture at the FREE 1st Annual Funday Festival 2024! Join us at Conestee Park, Sunday October 13th from 11am-7pm for a Comm”Unity” event. A full day of live music, dancers, vendors, kids activities, food trucks, pet friendly events, games, community initiatives, surprises, announcements and more! Our Platinum Stage will be hosting some of the hottest acts local and out-of-state, as well as other acts to be announced. We will also have a Halloween Costume contest and Trunk-N-Treat for the kid in everyone.
Join us for Empower Hour, a one-hour program and facility tour where you will experience firsthand the YWCA’s work to bridge gaps in earning power, education, health & wellness and access to childcare.
Empower Hours take place twice a month on the first and third Tuesday at 11:30 am.

Avanti’s extensive repertoire ranges from Baroque to Contemporary, and features newly composed music, creative transcriptions of classical masterpieces, and rock, pop or jazz tunes. Amy, Julie, and Chris met while studying at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Clare Callahan. Each has gone on to pursue active careers in performance, composition, and teaching. All relish their time together collaborating and performing as a national touring ensemble.
Formed in 2010, the Avanti Guitar Trio continues to expand their eclectic repertoire by composing and arranging new works and collaborating with established and upcoming composers.
THE TEMPTATIONS, often referred to as “American Music Royalty” and Named the “#1 R&B/Hip Hop Artists of All Time” and one of the “125 Greatest of All Time Artists” by Billboard magazine, have produced 53 Billboard Hot 100 Hit singles, including four that became #1 Pop singles: “My Girl,” “I Can’t Get Next to You,” “Just My Imagination,” and “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone.”
Rock and Roll Hall of Famers THE FOUR TOPS teamed up in high school and spent over four decades becoming one of Motown’s most consistent hit makers. “Baby I Need Your Loving,” “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch),” ‘Reach Out and I’ll be There” and “Standing in the Shadows of Love” are just some of their 24 Top 40 hits.

GRAMMY®-nominated band MercyMe has announced their fall 2024 “Together Again…Again Tour” also featuring CROWDER and COCHREN & CO. Hitting 14 cities throughout October.
MercyMe has recently released a brand new single, the title track from their latest best selling project, ALWAYS ONLY JESUS. Gaining momentum each week, the song follows “To Not Worship You,” which hit No.1 on four different Billboard and Mediabase charts, as well as “Then Christ Came,” which also hit No.1 and was Dove Award-nominated for Song of the Year.
To note, last November, their No. 1 track “Almost Home,” (inhale/exhale) was certified Gold by the RIAA, bringing the band’s certification tally to total 15 gold, platinum and multi-platinum singles and albums.
