Join us for a Congaree River cleanup! We’ll meet at the Senate Street Landing (1115 Gist St) parking lot and cleaning up along the Congaree River. This will be much-needed after the impacts from the recent hurricanes.

This three hour workshop will discuss the history and benefits of the practice and teach an easily accessible sequence breaking down proper body mechanics and detailing each posture.
