Join us for a Congaree River cleanup! We’ll meet at the Senate Street Landing (1115 Gist St) parking lot and cleaning up along the Congaree River. This will be much-needed after the impacts from the recent hurricanes.
Who: Anyone and everyone! Kiddos welcome with parent/guardian.
What: Congaree River cleanup
When: Saturday, October 20th from 10AM-12PM
Where: Congaree River at Senate Street Landing (Park at 1115 Gist St, Columbia, SC)
What to wear/bring: closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting wet and/or dirty, bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray, if needed.
We will provide bags, grabbers, and gloves.

Parking:
• Free with limited handicapped parking available in front of the high school (only with handicapped placard)
• Very limited parking will be available at the high school.
• Parking is available directly across Old Furnace Road from the school, and overflow parking will be located at the Boiling Springs First Baptist Church at the corner of Hwy 9 and Old Furnace Road.
• Golf carts and buses will run through parking areas throughout the day to transport visitors to the high school and back to the parking areas free of charge.
*Please note that our school is currently under construction, and we are doing the best we can to accommodate everyone. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

It’s Greenville’s first ever #CiderCrawl hosted by RAFA Distributing and we are super excited to be a part of it with the maestro’s of crêpes at Crêpe du Jour! On exhibit Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 4 p.m., Rocky Cove Railroad is a G-Scale (garden scale) model train that demonstrates the coming of trains to western North Carolina at the turn of the 20th century. The exhibit is located below the Grand Promenade. Please note, Rocky Cove Railroad will not operate in rainy or wet conditions.
