Annual festival celebrating the work of the artist blacksmith, featuring demonstrations, hands-on activities, vendors, exhibitions, competitions and more! Admission is free and all are welcome. 2019 Master Blacksmith John Rais, featured demonstrators Rachel Kedinger, Eric Velleca, and Seth Gould.

*FREE EVENT* It’s that time of year again! Come out to the Heritage Green on Saturday, April 27, for a morning of FREE activities and games. . This festival is geared towards our youngest learners and is filled with age appropriate activities for kids 1-5 years old.
Each Heritage Green organization will have a booth on the lawn with opportunities for families to experience what their museum or entity provides to our community every day.
Heritage Green includes Upcountry History Museum, Greenville County Library System (Hughes Main Library), Greenville Theatre, Greenville County Museum of Art, The Children’s Museum of the Upstate, and Carolina Music Museum!
Kids’ Fest at Heritage is presented by Primrose School of Greenville and supported by Greenville First Steps and Palmetto Basics.

The triathlon portion of the festival is getting a new name to reflect its new course, said Jeremey Davis, owner of SetUp Events and the race’s director. The OconeeMan Triathlon will be held entirely around South Cove County Park in Seneca, S.C. and will include a 70.3 mile half triathlon as well as a sprint triathlon. It will be held on April 28.
A Half Iron Distance and Sprint Distance Triathlon event.
Formerly the Mountains to Main Street Triathlon, OconeeMan will take place completely within and around South Cove County Park in Seneca, SC. This move will eliminate the point to point nature of the event and give reason to add a sprint distance to the mix. The Half Marathon & 5K normally held as part of the Mountains to Main Street Festival will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

Over a career that has spanned more than two decades Oakland, California native Darrell Green has become a master drummer and prolific sideman, sharing stages with leading jazz artists; from Blue Note vibraphonist Stefon Harris to saxophonist Red Holloway. Though jazz is his primary focus, Green is conversant in every genre from straight-ahead jazz to Latin and West African music.
