Casey and the Mudville Nine are ready to knock this ballet out of the park! Based on the poems Casey at the Bat and Casey- Twenty Years Later, this baseball ballet is a first for Spartanburg. We will sing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” and “Sweet Caroline.” Spartanburg, Let’s Play Ball! This ballet is dedicated to the opening of the new MiLB Field and the hometown baseball fans who will gather for generations to come. Directed by Lona Gomez.

Me”. Anticipating their recently recorded EP to land late spring, TFH have a performances booked
that will take them to 17 different states this tour season. They’ve enjoyed performance dates with
Parker Barrow. Joe Stamm Band, The Georgia Thunderbolts, Hippies and Cowboys, and more.

From the enchanting world of Mark Diamond’s Snow White to the mischievous magic of The Sorcerer’s Apprentice (inspired by Disney’s Fantasia), the program culminates in the grand celebration of Sleeping Beauty‘s wedding. Delight in the humor of Snow White’s seven dwarfs, witness the chaos of a young sorceress, and revel in the splendor of Aurora’s nuptials. Join us as we reimagine these timeless tales through the expressive language of ballet, featuring unforgettable characters like Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, and Peter Pan. International Ballet presents Don Quixote, ballet’s original romantic comedy!
Staged by Artistic Director Vlada Kysselova, the International Ballet pre-professional company will be joined by acclaimed principal guest artists for a tour de force production. The spicy Ludwig Minkus score, performed by the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, is led by Maestro Edvard Tchivzhel. Based on Miguel de Cervantes’ classic novel, the ballet is a high-energy, sunny romp through the Spanish countryside featuring choreography by legendary Marius Petipa. The story follows the chivalrous Don Quixote and his loyal squire Sancho Panza, in addition to a blossoming romance between Kitri and the handsome Basilio. Audiences will be immersed in an adventure that includes toreodors, castanets, fiery flamenco and a sword battle with a windmill. Don Quixote is can’t-miss-entertainment for the whole family.

This weekly music series on Main Street at NOMA Square opens at 5:30 p.m. and closes at 9:30 p.m., with bands playing two sets at 5:50 p.m. and 7:40 p.m. NOMA Square chairs go fast, so bring a tailgating chair if you are not arriving early.
