The 44th annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes, happening October 11-12 and 18-19, is a free, self-guided tour of new and remodeled homes by top builders throughout Asheville, Hendersonville, Black Mountain, Fairview, and beyond. Visitors can explore a wide variety of homes in person or take advantage of virtual tours. Whether you’re dreaming, designing, or actively building, the Parade offers inspiration at every price point. Sponsored by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Guaranteed if you skip it. Run or walk through the Historic 7th Avenue District with a crowd of costumed runners, then keep the party going at the Fall Festival just steps from the finish line!

Saturday, October 25 – (9 am – 5 pm)
Sunday, October 26- (9 am – 4 pm)
The event is located at the WNC Agricultural Center, in Fletcher, NC, across Hwy 280 from the Asheville Regional Airport. (Exit 40 off I-26).
Admission will be $5/person per day. $10 pass for 3 days. Youth under 13 yrs. old will be free. Bring cash! Only at gate..no early ticket sales

Hub City Disc Golf Club is excited again to host The Hub City Halloween Open in 2025 as a Pro only A tier event! Year 9 for the event! Local and visiting disc golf professionals will compete in 3 days of competition at Holston creek Park.

Everything Outdoor Fest is a two-day, family and dog friendly immersive experience in Upstate South Carolina. The weekend Fest, Nov. 1-2, gives people of all ages and skill levels the chance to discover the Southeast’s most popular outdoor activities in the beautiful setting of Historic Hopkins Farm in Simpsonville, S.C.
