Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the historic Milestone Club, the “CBGB of the South,” and its impact on music culture. How to Save a Milestone documents the fight to save this legendary venue, where icons like Nirvana, R.E.M., and the Violent Femmes began their careers.
Doors open at 7 p.m., with the film screening from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., followed by a short Q&A with Milestone alums, and a short performance by the incredible ANDY THE DOORBUM. Tunnel to Towers is an organization aiming to help the nation to Never Forget the brave men and women who lost their lives on 9/11. T2T will be putting on this 5k to help support the nations veterans today. The race will be throughout the greater Downtown Greenville area.
