Honor Tower Dedication Set for Nov. 11th

Get ready to see Greenville from a new view.

A grand opening for the Thomas and Vivian A. Wong Honor Tower at Unity Park is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 11. The Honor Tower pays tribute to first responders who protect our community, and veterans and active-duty military personnel who serve our country.

Public hours for the 125-foot-tall Honor Tower begin Wednesday, Nov. 12. Visitors can ride the glass-walled elevator or climb 10 stories of stairs to take in 360-degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Greenville skyline. Admission is free, but no bags are allowed.

Once open, the Honor Tower will operate Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. It will be closed Mondays and on all city holidays.
