In partnership with Clemson University, the City of Greenville’s Parks, Recreation and Tourism (PRT) Department is embarking on a Strategic Plan process that will define a clear vision and action plan for the future of the city’s parks and open space, trails and pathways, recreation facilities and programs, services and special events.
