City of Greenville Parking Services is hosting a Food for Fines promotion offering $15 off any city parking citation when you donate ten cans of food to benefit Triune Mercy Center.
Bring your donations and your citation to the Parking Services offices at 516 Rutherford Street through Friday, December 16. Past-due citations are eligible.
The Triune Mercy Center serves four hot meals a week to those in need. They have a Wednesday morning food pantry and weekend laundry service. More importantly, it provides transformational support for those needing drug rehabilitation, employment, mental health counseling, medical treatment, legal aid and housing.
