The Watershed Ecology Center at USC Upstate will offer a rain barrel workshop free of charge to Spartanburg County residents. Each household will receive a free rain barrel(1 per household), courtesy of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and an installation kit from Spartanburg County Stormwater Management. Maximum of 20 participants, so call the circulation desk to sign up. Out of county residents will pay $33.00 each.
