Tours include:

• Insights into each restaurant’s cooking processes and techniques
• Information about each restaurant’s history and how they got started
• Interesting information about Greenville BBQ history
• A drive through old textile mill villages
• And, of course, a chance to try generous portions of smoked meats and delicious sides

Carolina Farm Stewardship Association Piedmont Farm Tour
Apr 20 @ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Piedmont Farms

What is the Piedmont Farm Tour?

Each Earth Day weekend in late April, we partner with Weaver Street Market to open 30+ farms across the Piedmont of North Carolina to visitors for a weekend of farm fun!

Whether you’re looking to better understand where your food comes from, behold (and potentially cuddle) cute farm animals, or have an opportunity to get outside and breathe the fresh air, there’s something for everyone on the Piedmont Farm Tour.

To get an idea of what’s in store, see the list of 30 farms on the 2024 tour!

We’re looking for over 80 volunteers for this year’s farm tour! Volunteers receive a free, limited-edition Piedmont Farm Tour t-shirt and a tour pass to visit farms on the day when not volunteering.

Download a copy of the Tour brochure and start planning your weekend!
