Karen Noonan (M.Sc; E-RYT500; C-IAYT) is an Experienced Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Therapist, Meditation and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and ex school-teacher. Over the past 34 years she has been involved with healing movement therapy for mind/body/spirit and has published a number of yoga DVDs, guided meditations and she has patented a unique yoga therapy mat. Karen has owned and operated two healing movement studios, in South Africa and Greenville – Yoganize®
Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. But many meditation techniques exist — so how do you learn how to meditate?
