Vintners have been making wine in Spain for more than 3,000 years. But, because of the presence of a military dictatorship, most people outside of the country were unfamiliar with the regions and varietals of Spain. Since the fall of that regime in the 1970’s, industrious winemakers have worked to return Spanish wines to the international stage.
Today, Spanish wines are known as both delicious and a great value. This month, we open up the joys of the Iberian peninsula to you; one glass at a time. Join us for five vinos excelentes and paella by Daniel Lopez, owner of Time to Taste Catering.
