We have moved into our new building. We are settling in pretty well. It would be better if you were part of it. We have many opportunities for you this summer.
*Donation Pick-Up – Food Rescue

*Gardening in the Greer Community Garden

Please pick up bread & pastries from Costco, 211 W Blackstock Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29301 and bring donation to Greer Relief.

The volunteer needs to have a truck or SUV.

*Donation must be picked up at 10 AM.

Pick up options are, pick up at 10pm on Wednesday night or Thursday morning before 9am.*

We have 4 plots at the Greer Community Garden.

The address is 218 W Rd, Greer, SC 29650.

We grow fruits and veggies for the pantry. This year we have an array of plants that need to be tended to. This will include watering, weeding and pulling produce when ready.

There is training to provide you with which plots are ours, the watering hoses, where to dispose of the weeds and answer any questions you may have. You may come anytime during the day you signed up.

Please email Jenn with 2 days and times that you can meet at the garden. She will coordinate with you and the lead garden volunteers.

The NIC Greeter

Welcome to the Neighborhood Impact Center! We’re excited to extend an invitation to join our team as a Volunteer Greeter. This role is vital in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who walk through our doors. If you’re friendly, adaptable, and passionate about serving your community, we’d love to have you on board!

Located at 113-C Berry Ave., Greer SC 229651

Training is provided on Wednesday and Friday from 10am to noon.

Choice Pantry

Food insecurities are more abundant then most think.

These activities work closely with neighbors. If you are a people person with compassion, please consider joining us.

The roles we have are: Pantry Donation Processor, Pantry Clerk, Pantry Helper, Pantry Paladin and Pantry Lead.

Our new pantry is a choice pantry. We have created a store for our neighbors to shop and choose what they would like and need. We are located at 113-C Berry Ave., Greer SC 29651
