On Saturday, September 22nd, 7-12am @ the Spinning Jenny, 107 Cannon St, in Greer SC.. It’s a Stars of The 50’s Dance Party ($15 @ the door, $12 students @ door; $10 online)

Break out the vintage clothing and let’s dress up and dance like Stars of the 50’s! As you enter we will be taking photos on stage against our backdrop and then off to the dance floor! So get there early!

Dress like Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Elvis, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, OR DRESS LIKE YOU STEPPED OUT OF THE 50’s……or be your own star and come as you are!

We will do 2 lessons you can choose from, 7-8pm:

Then we dance all night long! Don’t worry the music will be sure to fit all dance styles, as the songs selected will be cross-over music…. meaning you will be able to dance multiple dance styles to each song!

It’ll be a potluck paradise! We will have food, but please bring your favorite dishes to desserts to add to the assortment!

There will be a 50/50 draw… 50% of the money will go to the person with the best costume and the other 50% will go to the winner ticket number, that is drawn. Door prizes too!

Oh and yeah…. We are gonna have some entertainment! Marilyn Monroe may just make a surprise appearance! Don’t worry! You can still dance during the performance!
