Campers will deepen their understanding of how nature works while exploring the Lake Lyman which is part of the Tyger River watershed. There will be tons of games, challenges and outdoor fun. We will be exploring the habitats of native wildlife, learning about conservation areas, and taking a closer look at soil, water, plants, and animal populations. We will start each morning in Lyman Lodge and then split up into our Ecogroups based on age. Each group will rotate through the day’s activities and rejoin as the whole group for lunch and games. Some of the activities we have planned include fishing, canoeing, dissecting owl pellets, making your own jellyfish bait, cyanotype (sunlight exposure photography) and much more.
