Tickets are transferable but cannot be refunded.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, we will have an updated copy of all purchased tickets. Please bring PHOTO ID to retrieve tickets for you and your guest.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
No, please make sure you inform us of any name changes on tickets. We will ask you to provide us with the registrants email address and full name associated with the ticket purchase.
