About our Host…
Higgins, whose brand of folk-rock has been described as a cross between the punkish energy of the Replacements and the alt-country aesthetic of Whiskeytown, has long had a reputation for producing catchy pop hooks, going back to his work in such former bands as The Turnaround and The Edmonds.
