Speaker Bio:
Tony Grant, a Spartanburg Southside native, has 36 years of executive leadership and senior management experience with several of America’s leading financial institutions/associations. This includes serving on the corporate boards of a former New York Stock Exchange Company and currently serving on the board of a Farm Credit Bank. After graduating from South Carolina State University in 1982 (and later the University of Virginia Colgate-Darden Graduate School of Business, Banking School in 1984), Tony climbed the ranks at Bank of America filling the roles of Carolinas Central Region Commercial Banking Executive, President of Multicultural Banking, and finally as Carolinas Business Banking Division Executive.
In 2001, Tony founded his own financial advisory and business strategies company: Grant Business Advisors, LLC. This company prides financial advisory, business coaching, and business analysis services for the middle market and small business clients, including for profit and not for profit organizations. On behalf of GBA’s clients, Tony has initiated and developed strategic initiatives with many of America’s leading National and Regional organizations.
