Includes access to kite flying zones, balloon watching, live music, activities & vendors, tours of the Manor House, Kitchen Cabin and Rocky Springs Academy. Plus additional historic buildings, herb garden, family cemetery, nature trail and picnic pavilion.
Tethered hot air balloon rides will be offered on-site for $20, weather permitting
