On this Full Moon, I will guide us through a meditation to help us clear, balance and re-energize our Heart Chakra. Heart Chakra color can be green or pink, and governs our ability to give and receive love. I will also teach about Heart Coherence to aid in manifestation of our desires.
Crystals that support Heart Chakra energy are rose quartz, malachite, jade and aventurine.
Essential oils that support Heart Chakra energy are Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood and Rose.
After the meditation, as we sit in silent reflection, gratitude and peace, I send Reiki Healing Energy to the group. After the session, I open the room to those whom desire to share their experience.
