Mediterranean party vibes meet fitness for a full-body, 45-minute HIIT workout. Our Olympian class is HIIT (high intensity interval training) and circuit training based. Our cool music transports you to a beachside club in the Med. We cater the workout and impact level to you. Foundational fitness movements are demonstrated throughout the class with the ability to intensify.
