During NC Beer Month, Foothills Brewing, OrthoCarolina and Junction 311 Endurance Sports have combined efforts to produce the regions BEST endurance event celebration — created for and with the running community and the Winston-Salem community at large.
Event distances include half marathon, 5k and kids dash (12 and under). There is a distance for anyone and everyone, and a true community and craft beer celebration for ALL!
Join us as we close down Fourth Street, the center of the city of Winston Salem, to run and enjoy great craft beer from Foothills and 13 other event partner NC craft breweries! We’ll also have live music, kids engagement and much more!
Registered runners receive a one of a kind race with great food and 2 craft brews (21+), custom event tee, custom event medal and tons of award opportunities in overall, age group and team categories.
YMCA of Northwest North Carolina sponsors a FREE youth engagement area that includes face painting, games, bounce house AND childcare for potty trained youth through 12 years of age while parents run!
This event has sold out EVERY year so be sure to register in advance to guarantee to be a part of the fun! 2019 race cap is 1,000 participants.
Registration is required to take part in the race. Volunteers are valued and receive all the perks the racers receive (shirt+food+beer+fun!).
Whether you’re running or rooting, our BLOCK PARTY will have plenty to keep you occupied! Open to the public (and furbuddies), you can cheer on the runners, kick off NC Beer Month with a cold one from Foothills Brewing and a variety of NC Craft Beer partners, grab some local swag from Camel City Goods Co., get the kids active in the YMCA of Northwest North Carolina Kids Zone, and much more!
