Canning is a great way to preserve your summer harvest. Learn how to preserve your homemade jellies and jams at the September 25th canning workshop. We will discuss proper canning techniques, food safety and taste test some of our products. Participants will engage in hands-on activities using the USDA’s recommended techniques for food preservation. The workshop is limited to 15 participants.
