This Birth Arts International Doula Training will give you the skills, tools and knowledge to begin your doula journey towards certification or to continue your education with cross certification. You will gain practical doula skills as well as business knowledge to build and sustain a successful doula practice. You will be challenged and inspired during this journey of self-exploration and introduction to birth work. Upon completion of the workshop, you will be given access to the Birth Arts International online classroom where you may complete your doula certification.
We will cover the history of birth work and the contributions of granny midwives, doula care for pregnancy, labor positioning techniques, comfort measures, common medical interventions, postpartum belly binding, doula business and so much more!
