Join us for a special ArtWalk presentation by Virginia Christian Beach, author of “Rice and Ducks: The Surprising Convergence that Saved the Carolina Lowcountry.” Her informal lecture on the synergy between sport and environmental stewardship will complement TJC’s new exhibition, “The Art & Soul of the Hunt.” The show features a large selection of work by noted wildfowl artist Richard Bishop, as well as paintings by John Tracy, Aiden Lassell Ripley, Eugene Thomason, Edmund Ashe, Alice Ravenel Huger Smith, Thomas Addison Richards, and Anna Heyward Taylor. Admission to TJC Gallery, located at 154 West Main Street in the heart of downtown Spartanburg, is always free.
