The function of this position is to provide support to the FocusFirst initiative at Impact America. FocusFirst is a high tech comprehensive vision screening initiative that focuses on children ages 6 months through 5 years of age. As a FocusFirst volunteer, you will provide free vision screenings for preschool-age children in a non compensated capacity. You will attend a short training session, up to an hour of your time, with a member of the Impact America Team. Utilizing a simple handheld but high-tech camera, you will screen small groups of children at local Head Starts, Pre-K Programs, and daycare centers, during a 4 week window. Link: Impact America
