Hosted by The Secret Cirkus, “The Masquerade Parade” will be a free, all-ages Halloween get-together where creative weirdos will meetup, march up one side of Main St., down to Falls Park, and back. It’s a hilarious and fun-filled time, and the downtown crowd is always delighted and surprised.
