Located off of West Curtis Street near downtown Simpsonville, the former cotton mill site has been transformed into a luxury apartment complex, featuring a 6,000 square foot high end communal clubhouse, a pool, massive outdoor event space and so much more!
Atlanta design firm, HFC Interiors, partnered with Graycliff Capitol to transform this adaptive re-use project. Both companies worked hand in hand with the build teams to update the former cotton mill site, while also maintaining its character and historical roots.
