Greenville County has implemented an online Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal. Vendor Self Service allows vendors to view their Purchase Orders, Contracts, 1099 forms, Invoices, and Checks. Vendors can also maintain their contact and remittance information as well as discount and payment terms, contact persons, and a listing of commodity codes that represent the goods and services they offer. Vendors will also be able to respond to Greenville County’s solicitation (Bids) requests through the Self Service.

If you have any questions, please contact the Greenville County Procurement Services office. The County will have registration training classes on February 13 and 14, 2019 at the following times: 9:30AM, 10:30AM, 1:00PM and 2:00PM. Classes will take about 45 minutes to one (1) hour. Vendors may call for information and to register for the class at 864-467-7200. There is limited space so please register early.
