Get lean, build strength and tone muscle with dumbbells! This class focuses on your major muscle groups! Beginners are more than welcome! If you get off of work at 5:00 and are running late, your feelings won’t be hurt! It’s better late than never and we’d rather you come for 30 minutes than not at all! You can always warm up with this class and stay fro Zumba afterward from 6:00-7:00 with Mackenzie! Classes are free for members and $5 for non-members!
