Group for people with a diagnosed mental illness. Groups are peer led discussions on thriving with a mental illness. Group meets the 1st Wednesday at 2pm at Spartanburg Area Mental Health and the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday at 6pm at St. Matthews Episcopal Church. No registration is needed.
