Whether you want to make some minor tweaks or embark on a grand new adventure, this workshop series will help you approach your life with a beginner’s mind. Using Stanford University design professors Bill Burnett and Dave Evans’ book, Designing Your Life: How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life, we’ll combine reflective exercises, small group discussions, and gentle yoga for an experience that will help you see your life in new ways.
