Stories of sex and labor trafficking are constantly in the media, and Greenville County has the highest prevalence of reported human trafficking cases in the state. We know it’s happening, but what can we do about it? Join the discussion during this free, half-day workshop on how we, as a community, can combat the suffering caused by trafficking of men, women, and children right here at home. Experts from the Dignity Health Family Medicine Residency Human Trafficking Response Program, together with local champions in the fight against trafficking, will discuss how our community can collaborate through education, advocacy, and action to provide help and healing for victims of sex & labor trafficking. A continental breakfast & a lunch will be provided. CME credit is also availale. Register today at https://notbytheirchoice.eventbrite.com
